What I'm working on this month.

A short note on what’s holding most of my attention this month.

At Graphem Solutions, I’m anchoring delivery on a wider mix of engagements than usual — three new SaaS scopes landed in the last two weeks, plus the usual stream of e-commerce and CRM-integration work. The thirty-minute response SLA holds; the documentation standards from earlier this year are paying for themselves now that we’re onboarding two new engineers.

On the side, I’m watching the AEO landscape — llms.txt, structured data, the way Perplexity and ChatGPT answer recruiter queries — and quietly tuning this site against it. Still too early to know what works, but the experiment is worth running.

Reading: a stack of papers on retrieval-augmented generation that I keep promising myself I’ll finish. Listening: less music, more silence. Thinking about: how delivery discipline at small firms scales as the firm itself does.
